Prior to joining IBLL, Patricia worked in several Bank Operations positions, including Senior Wire specialist at United Bank Inc. (Chantilly, VA) for eight years and as Operations Specialist at Southern Financial Bank (Warrenton, VA).

With a degree in Business Administration, she excels in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing staff welfare. Her leadership has led to a successful implementation of innovative solutions and processes that improve staff productivity and employment engagement throughout the bank.
