IB offers an easy to manage Savings Accounts for Businesses and Organizations – recommended for smaller entities.

  • No Monthly Maintenance Fees as long as stay above your minimum required balance.
  • With Business/Organization Savings, you aslo have the option to order Checkbooks for your savings account.
  • E-Alerts and SMS notifications available to help you manage your account.
  • Maximum transactions per month: 3, after which charges apply.

Account Opening Requirements

Articles of Incorporation

  • Business Registration
  • Board/Corporate Resolution
  • Valid ID (driver’s license, passport, Voter ID) for signatories
  • 2 passport sized pictures per signatory
  • By-laws and constitution (probated and registered) - NGOs
  • Letter of Accreditation (non-profits only)
  • Minimum initial deposit USD Accounts: $100.00
  • Minimum initial deposit LRD Accounts: $2,000.00
